The Chateau Dumas Estate

Set on a hill in a peaceful, rolling countryside less than an hour north of Toulouse international airport, Chateau Dumas is a 22-acre private estate with a large saltwater pool and glorious panoramic views over unspoilt countryside.  There are two main buildings on the estate: the Chateau and the Coach House. Our creative studios are located in the Coach House and we have guest bedrooms available to book in both buildings.

From original trompe l’oeil wall art to polished antique stone floors Chateau Dumas is a fine country house with an authentic character and warm ambience.  Meals are served on the magnificent southwest facing terrace which has sweeping views over the lush Quercy countryside.  

Chateau Dumas provides the luxury and personal service normally associated with a small hotel with the relaxed informality of a large country house.   You will receive a warm welcome from our friendly staff and feel at home from the moment you arrive at the Chateau. 

Guests may explore any part of the Chateau estate which varies from formal box parterres, walnut groves, courtyard gardens, wild woodland and fruit orchards with apples, damsons, plums and figs. There are charming places to sit and relax in the grounds. Short strolls you can take from the Chateau and yoga mats available for anyone wanting to pursue their own practice.
