~ COVID-19 STATEMENT ~

For each of our tours and retreats we will be following government guidelines in order to keep the risks of infection to our guests and staff to a minimum. We will continue to review our policies both up to and during each trip and make changes/improvements as required.

The laws and guidance on reducing the risk of infection from Covid-19 are constantly under review and subject to change. We will comply with the local law at the time the retreat takes place and we will follow all relevant Government guidelines in order to keep everyone safe.  We will provide face masks and hand sanitizer and will encourage their use as appropriate, and disinfectants will be used to clean the common areas each day. The workrooms we use are large and spacious which will allow the group to maintain distance and we will ventilate the work space as far as is practical.

  • In order to gain access to public venues, there is a move within Europe to make it essential for people not just to be doubly vaccinated but to have had all their booster shots as well.   It is essential that you are fully up to date with all your Covid-19 vaccinations in order to attend the retreat.

  • In 2021 the French government required visitors to restaurants and venues such as Chateau Dumas to be fully vaccinated. Visitors were required to obtain a QR code by uploading their vaccine certificates in advance to the French app, Tous Anti Covid. QR codes were scanned at the entrance before the visitor was allowed access to the venue. We will keep this situation under review and advise you on procedure nearer the time.

  • Staff, artists and everyone you come into close contact with during the retreat will have been fully vaccinated including any boosters and are committed to undertaking regular lateral flow tests

  • It is important that you have adequate health and travel insurance in place

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • If we are unable to run the retreat due to a government lockdown you will be eligible for a full refund. Alternatively if the retreat is postponed you may opt to put the payments you have already made towards the new booking.

  • If you choose to cancel your booking before you have paid your final balance you will be entitled to a refund of your deposit and first instalment payments.   You will still be entitled to a refund after paying your balance but we reserve the right to deduct any non-recoverable costs, ie, any costs that we would be unable to get back at the point you cancel.  If, however,  we are able to re-sell your place at the same price you paid then we will refund you fully, minus the card costs we have incurred to process your payments.

You must confirm that you have read and understood the above measures before joining us on the retreat.
