Chateau Dumas’ commanding hilltop position offers magnificent and uninterrupted views of the lush rolling Quercy countryside.
Guests may explore any part of the Chateau’s 22 acres of private estate which varies from formal box parterres, walnut groves and courtyard gardens to wild woodland and fruit orchards with apples, damsons, plums and figs. Children are free to pick fruit from the trees and even to build camps and dens in the woods. The local wildlife includes red squirrel, deer, hare and peacocks.
The 6 x 12 metre fenced pool has a sun canopy and loungers. There are pool towels available for guests' use. The adjoining barn houses badminton, table tennis and other outdoor games with football goals on an adjacent flat grassy area.
